Exchange, Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Barhin.in. We want you to love every product you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy exchanges and returns under certain conditions.


1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

We accept exchanges or returns only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request is raised within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories
  • Custom-stitched or altered garments

3. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@barhin.in or call us at +91 [Your Phone Number] within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, reason for exchange, and a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or share instructions for sending the item back.

After we receive and inspect the product, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.


4. Return and Refund Process

If a return is approved (for damaged or wrong product):

  1. The item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.
  2. Once received and verified, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note:

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You can, however, request a return after delivery (if eligible as per policy).
